We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when it was received—unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. Returns without the original receipt or proof of purchase will not be processed.
Important:
- Return shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
It is your responsibility to inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos and a description of the issue to help us evaluate and resolve the situation promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are strictly non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
Additionally, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a replacement or alternative product is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, the returned item must meet our standard eligibility criteria: unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been inspected and approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
